I just completed the 13-week course of GriefShare.

After four years of grieving with hope, I discovered areas that need strengthening. I still struggle with regular times with God. The daily homework kept me focused on scripture and refreshed my spirit. And it is easy for me to get in a mode of ministering too while neglecting self-care.

Being in the group setting, stepping into the grief of others is not comfortable, but it is comforting.
